Renovated ground floor apartment in Truman Annex. Steps from Duval Street! Enjoy all that the beautiful gated community has to offer including a large pool with lounge chairs and sitting areas. This two bedroom unit is a private, 1st floor entry that boast tons of natural light. The unit was just completed renovated and includes a large Samsung washer and dryer, Keurig Coffee Maker, Secure Keyless Entry, a parking spot specific to the unit, and more! Walking distance to Truman Waterfront Park.

In addition to being just steps from the heart of Duval Street and Truman Waterfront park, you are also walking distance to Mallory Square, Fort Zachary Taylor, Hemingway Home, Historic Waterfront Seaport, the Southernmost Point of the United States and all of the best Key West attractions. You really can't find a better location in Old Town Key West!

Very clean. Nice little amenities like thick towels, not the thin kind you get in a hotel. Very nice upgrades. Cotton sheets for the bed. I only mention this because I've stayed in condos that used microfiber sheets, extremely uncomfortable. Beach chairs, Tommy Bahama no less. Beach umbrella. The "welcome" folder that explained clearly everything from how to work the tv and the local cable to places to go in the Key West area. We also had a question about the community pool and Ty the host got back to us right away. Can't say enough about how stress free it was staying here. Thank you Ty.

Host was accommodating . Close to restaurants and Duval.
The only negative was noise from upstairs on a constant basis.

This was our second time at this property. It is comfortable and well equipped just two blocks from Duvall.
Nice outside deck with umbrella and bbq grill.
Host is very quick to respond and easy to communicate with.
Would not hesitate to recommend or stay again.
