Large sun terraces with sun loungers and all-day sun.

We had a wonderful stay here. Arno is a great host, was there when we needed him, but did not impose on our stay. His restaurant recommendations are worth noting.
The villa had everything we needed and the pool, outdoor space and garden are wonderful.

villa located in a quiet environment and closed to the various beaches (maspalomas, playa del inglese,puerto rico,... ).
everything you need to spend comfortable holidays is available.

The best equipped villa that we have ever stayed in. Beds all comfortable. Nice warm pool. Friendly safe neighbourhood.
Owner next door who is helpful but not intrusive in any way.
Would recommend and will hopefully return again.

This villa is in a great area however unfortunately it did not meet our expectations. The villa is advertised as having aircon but please be warned it is only in the master bedroom’s ensuite and when on it trips the electrics if you are using other electrical equipment. This is fine if just two of you are staying however the other rooms were stifling in mid 30 degree temperatures making sleeping uncomfortable. The villa does need some updating. The villa was well equiped however items were chipped and dirty including cups, plates etc. The whole kitchen area needs a good deep clean and the fridge needs replacing. The beds and soft furnishings are substandard. The main shower screen in the master ensuite has a huge crack from side to side so don’t lean on it! The pool was quite substandard and could do with a bit of a refurb. The roof terrace shows a grassed area and a great sea view in the photos but this is not the case. You wouldn’t want to spend time up there as it is really a service area. On arrival the owner was not present and wasn’t for the whole period of time we were there as he had personal family problems. I did email both him and HomeAway to air my concerns. We were met at the villa by some guy who did not show us how to use anything and just said “any problems don’t ring me”! It was quite unprofessional to be honest!
In my opinion the villa is quite substandard and I will not be returning.
The owner is aware of my complaint and has offered a 10% refund on the net amount paid.
