About this house rental
Modern and clean recent construction, just ten minutes walk to Manuel Antonio Beach and right in the middle of a hotspot for monkey crossings! Location is also walking distance to Biesanz Beach, a calm cove perfect for swimming and for children. Walk to Shana by the Sea Resort and purchase a day pass for spa, gym, and pool usage and to many great restaurants. House has a small plunge pool for cooling off too! Because of the steep stairs, we only allow children age 10 and up. No loud music or partying after 10 p.m.. Policies are strictly enforced.

We had a lovely stay here and would highly recommend! We woke up to howler monkeys and capuchins every morning. A family of iguanas graced us with their presence throughout the day. Short walks down to the beach and up into town. Really has all you can ask for. One of the most well stocked homes we have rented - beach towels, chairs, blankets, mini cooler, etc. Kitchen was also amazing with all the amenities for those that cook on vacation. Natasha was an amazing host - communicated quickly and thoroughly. We were never left wondering what to do or how to get what we needed. Really you cant go wrong here!

The house was very clean and if you come to Quepos to see monkeys, you will not be disappointed! Just stand on the back patio and you’ll see them! FYI one of the mini splits stopped working and someone was there in a half hour and fixed it. Nice new washer and dryer too.
