You have Christy Sports steps away to get your ski and snowboard rentals (with a nice iTrip discount), City Market for your grocery needs, Walmart and more. There are also a few restaurants within walking distance if you don’t want to go far to get food. The unit will comfortably sleep 5 adults, offers picturesque views of the slopes, and makes a fantastic vacation rental.
Enter the spacious and beautifully updated condo and find convenient storage for all of your ski and snowboard gear. The entire unit has been completely repainted and updated with fantastic fixtures, finishes, flooring, furniture, heaters, doors, windows, and more!
The living area features ample seating both relaxing and dining. Kick back, relax, and warm up by the gas fireplace (which keeps the unit toasty) on either the loveseat or sofa (pulls out to a queen bed) and watch a game, movie, or show on the new large flat-screen TV.
Enjoy the mountain views while feasting. Dining options include both a table with four chairs and kitchen counter seating (two bar stools). This is also a great place to set up your laptop. Combined with high-speed WiFi, this makes The Pines C-106 a great option for your remote working needs.

THE CONDO WAS VERY COLD UPON ARRIVING. TOOK AWHILE TO GET THE HEAT UP AND WARMING UP. FIREPLACE HELPED A GREAT DEAL.

Very accommodating host, and well-maintained property. While there was some very loud pounding on the last evening of our stay (led to disruption of our time in the unit, and a fan light-cover fell down on us in the living room) from the unit above us, the host dealt with it and offered deposit reassurance.
Great access to the mountain via free shuttle! Beautiful views! Great outdoor hot-tub and again very good communication by our host, including proactively!

Beautiful, cozy place with everything we needed. Bed and pillows were perfect and much needed after a busy day out. The location was amazing! Right next to the grocery store and not far from downtown and skiing. I hope this place is available for our next trip! Exceeded our expectations, we couldn’t have been happier. Host was extremely responsive and checked on us throughout the stay. Thank you! 10/10!

We had a good time. The condo is simple. If you plan to cook you will need to be creative due to minimal pots and pans. The propoerty manager was very responsive, but due to me never getting a check in email or a check out email, but we did get a checkout email that was 4 days before our reservation ended. Beds were very comfortable. Quiet area and easy to walk to ski bus for easy transport to and from Steamboat.
