You are only steps away from a free bus stop that’s only a five minute ride to the mountain or downtown. You have Christy Sports steps away to get your ski and snowboard rentals (with a nice iTrip discount), City Market for your grocery needs, Walmart and more. There are also a few restaurants within walking distance if you don’t want to go far to get food. The unit will comfortably sleep 5 adults, offers picturesque views of the slopes and makes a fantastic vacation rental.
Enter the spacious and beautifully updated condo and find convenient storage for all of your ski and snowboard gear. The entire unit has been completely repainted and updated with brand new and fantastic, fixtures, finishes, flooring, furniture, heaters, doors, windows and more!
The living area features ample seating both relaxing and dining. Kick back, relax and warm up by the gas fireplace (which keeps the unit toasty) on either the loveseat or sofa (pulls out to queen bed) and watch a game, movie or show on the new large flat screen TV.

Great condo with all necessary amenities. Proximity to shops and town is great with essentials down the street. Our family had a great time stepping out the front door and taking the short ride down the hill to the bike path.

The communication with the renters was great and very responsive. The condo was spottless, with very comfortable furnishings. The price point was just what we were looking for. Our stay was perfect. I Would definitely recommend!

We had a good time. The condo is simple. If you plan to cook you will need to be creative due to minimal pots and pans. The propoerty manager was very responsive, but due to me never getting a check in email or a check out email, but we did get a checkout email that was 4 days before our reservation ended. Beds were very comfortable. Quiet area and easy to walk to ski bus for easy transport to and from Steamboat.
