Perfect location for Rainbow River and surrounding springs. Home is well appointed, clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for an awesome chill family adventure! Loved it.

Just what you need to experience the area. A very big plus with included Kayaks and golf cart/trailer to get to the private launch area. Nice 2hr paddle with critter and scenery galore to the head spring. Even more relaxed on the float back. The owner Max was attentive with quick responses. Would definitely come back
