We stayed here with a couple of other families and we had a great time. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful and always was quick to reply when I had questions. It was clean and well laid out and the listing was accurate. Our kids loved the pool and it was very conveniently laid out (off the living room). We would definitely recommend!

We did not get to fully enjoy the house pool the first day due to the dehumidifier being broken.
The beds are too stiff for my liking but that is always a hit or miss with any stay.
You do not get to really see the Rocky Mountains just a little sliver behind another house.
The bbq was not cleaned because the previous visitor left their aluminum foil and such inside which was no big deal but what was not ok was the cleanliness of the hot tub. I did mention it to the owner and requested they bring someone to clean it but they only brought in maintenance to fix the dehumidifier and a broken support piece off the bunk bed.
The checkout process wants you to wash the dishes in the dishwashing machine but they didn't leave any tablets for the dishwasher.
The outside pool is ok but you need to drive there to use it. It is definitely not a short walk.
The communication to the owner was excellent. They responded very quickly.
The little arcade they have is cute and reminds me of the old games we used to play.
The A/C worked well. The fridge and stove worked well. I read in other reviews there was an ant problem. There definitely is still an ant problem from the kitchen window, but we lived with it because they contained themselves to around the window and we didn't leave food on the counter.
Overall I didn't feel like my stay was worth 5 stars. I was willing to pay a handsome fee for the cleaning and insurance on the property due to the previous reviews but it wasn't worth it.
