This is a recently renovated 3BR/2BA pond-front home that is literally 6.6 miles from historic Downtown Charleston and all of the world-class restaurants it has to offer, just 3.4 miles from the family-friendly beaches of Sullivan's Island and 5.2 miles from the Isle of Palms! Centrally located within just a 30-minute radius of Charleston's best-emerging craft breweries, beer gardens and bottle shops. Within just 5.1 miles of the most photographed plantation in America, Boone Hall Plantation, and 5.5 from Mt. Pleasant's Palmetto Island County Park, which features its very own waterpark, Splash Island.
This 1,440+ Sq/Ft house is laid out with families in mind. Upon entering you'll find a welcoming family room with ample seating, a family dining table and an open kitchen with plenty of counter space to prepare meals for your family while on vacation.
Adjacent to the kitchen is the TV Room, which is well laid out for your family to bundle together for a family game night or to gather together around the 55" 4K Ultra HD TV to watch a show on cable or Blu-ray. And, if you are in need of an extra bed then the Family Room's sofa features a pullout queen bed.
The First Bedroom features one queen-sized bed, a full-access closet and a full-sized mirror for you to ensure that you are looking good before hitting the town.
The Middle Bedroom includes two twin beds for any and all family members but was laid out with your little ones in mind.
Last but not least is the Master Bedroom which has its own queen bed, full bathroom, a 49" LED TV and a view over the pond.
After your family's nights of good rest, you can all enjoy a hot cup of joe, made in-house, on the patio while basking in the Lowcountry weather and the refreshing sound of the pond fountain.
Looking to bring a dog(s)? If so, we will require an additional $140, non-refundable, deposit for the first, and an additional $165 for the second. Our 100lbs dog limit is restricted to two, per booking.

The house and hosts were both phenomenal! They even worked with me to get a bag I left behind, which goes above and beyond any contract! Highly recommend, great place to stay!

Our stay was great in this well kept home. We had everything we needed for 6 adults and was super easy for my 86 year old mom to navigate. We even took advantage of the beach towels and chairs to spend a relaxing day before the wedding at Isle of Palm Beach. Check in was easy, communication was great and enjoyed the outside sitting area as well. Home is 10 -15 minutes from downtown, beach etc. Highly recommend staying here!

Housekeeping needs to be checked. Cob webs scary on dining light. Air didnt work well. Return air vent caked withi dust. Only 2 handtowels and dish towels. Dishwasher detergent old as it was caked, only 2 trash bags, can go on but not necessary. We wont stay here again
