Guest Access:
Guests will have private access to the entire property. A smart lock is used on the front door for access as well as a backup lockbox on site should you have any trouble.
The Neighborhood:
The Old Village sits right on the Charleston harbor and is known for its beautiful historic homes, moss-draped live oak trees and small-town feel. Take a morning walk to see all the southern charm at it's finest!
Enjoy a coffee at Gala's Cage & Bakery, a glass of wine at Wine Shop OV or a cozy dinner at Post House Inn, all a close 0.4 miles from the property.
Walk the Pitt Street Bridge. It was once a trolley bridge that connected Sullivan's Island and Mount Pleasant and is a site for recreation and relaxation. Pack a picnic and watch sunset!
Getting Around:
Old Village is known for it's active walkers and runners along the streets. If you prefer to rest your feet, there are plenty of Uber's around as well.
Downtown Charleston is just a 5-10 ride over the Arthur Ravenel Bridge where there are restaurants and shops galore!
If you prefer a beach day, Sullivan's Island is a 5 minute car ride or 20 minute bike ride away. Grab some frose from Co-Op or a burger from Poes and experience the laid-back beach vibe of the 2.5 mile long barrier island.

It was the perfect setup for our family of four! The location was perfect for walks to Old Village for coffee, shopping and restaurants. The Putt Street bridge walk was also a daily activity. Would definitely return!

Everything at this house was delightful. My little pup enjoyed the big fenced in yard. There was ample space inside, with 4 bedrooms all with a queen size bed. Its convenient location had us close to downtown Mount Pleasant as well as going downtown to Charleston multiple times during our stay. It had a clean and well stocked kitchen. Our host was very accommodating and quick with responses to all our questions. We really enjoyed our time there! Thank you for having us!

This house is in a great location to walk to town - Post House Inn, Pharmacy, shops. Also easy to bop around Mt Pleasant and Shem Creek - so much within a 5 min drive. Great for dogs with huge backyard and front yard. Also if you’re traveling with your pet, there is a meetup a few blocks away where dogs can play off leash. Owner has kitchen and bedrooms well stocked. Won’t need a thing! Very cozy and inviting. Felt very safe. Would definitely suggest this to anyone or even be back!
