About this apartment rental
Set amongst a patchwork of green vineyards on the hillside just 500 metres from sandy Stalos beach, Rouladina Apartment 3 is one of a group of just 6 apartments in a quiet neighbourhood. Since they were first introduced to our program, the Rouladina Apartments have proved consistently popular and guests return year after year. They come back, not only for the location and comfort of the apartments, but for the warm welcome from the owners, Manolis and Dimitra. They have their own apartment and take care of the property and their guests with a perfect combination of discrete Canadian/Greek efficiency and genuine Cretan hospitality.
Location Stalos
Just a short stroll downhill from the apartments there is a choice of several tavernas, shops and mini markets. Opposite the apartments is a family run taverna which has been approved by several guests as well. The long sandy beach of Stalos runs for 7kms merging with Agia Marina and Platanias, which are more bustling in peak season vs the low key Stalos beach. There is a regular bus service to Chania on the main road in Stalos.

Shared Swimming Pool - 10m x 5m swimming pool. Depth 1.1m - 2m.
Sun Terrace - furnished with sunbeds and umbrellas
Reception area - with shower, WC, washing machine, library and luggage storage (for arrival/departure day).
Outside Rouladina Apartment 3 - sea view, first (top) floor apartment.
Private sea view balcony - furnished with table and chairs and rattan comfy chairs.

Dining Area - wooden dining table and chairs.
Kitchen - Ample wood cupboards with spacious kitchen counter tops, electric oven with hobs, double sink and fridge freezer.
Double bedroom with en suite shower room - 1 double bed, wardrobe, ceiling fan, full-length patio windows balcony with sea and pool views. Shower room, hand basin and WC.
Twin bedroom - 2 single beds (can be placed together), wardrobe, ceiling fan, full-length patio windows balcony with sea and pool views.
Twin bedroom - 2 single beds (can be placed together), high window, wardrobe and ceiling fan.
Family bathroom - full bath with shower attachment, wash hand basin and WC.
Housekeeping
Your apartment will be prepared for you on arrival with fresh bath and hand towels and all beds made up.
For stays of 7 nights or more - house towels will be changed every 3 - 4 days.
For stays of 14 nights or more - bed linen will be changed every 7 days.
Pool/beach towels - one per person for the duration of your stay.
Parking
On site there is parking for four cars plus ample off road parking.

We had a great holiday in Stalos at Rouladina apt 3. Although dated,everything works and it is a quiet location but a short walk to bars,restaurants and the sea. Sylvia ,Dina and the staff were excellent and easy to contact. Thank you for everything.

Excellent information pack .
Spacious rooms, lots of hanging space.
Roomy terrace for eating ,well shaded.
Friendly ,helpful family.
Proximity to 2 good restaurants and easy bus ride to Chania. Beautiful pool with lovely flowers.
To arrange water bottle delivery.
Without a car , the water is heavy !
The food delivery on offer would be too much for us.

This was a great stay. The apartment was just as advertised. There were lots of coffee shops and restaurants within an easy walking distance. Close to Chania without the traffic. Also close to lots of great beaches
