The villa is 120 m2 and consist in:
• Ground Floor:
ground floor wih two bedrooms - of course with their own bathroom.
• 1st Floor:
In the living room on the first floor, two sofa beds can be folded out into full beds The veranda is furnished with a table and comfortable seating. In general, the entire stylish furniture meets high standards.

This villa is as described on the website. The owner very generously provided a welcome basket and bottles of wine, Effie kept the villa and pool spotlessly clean and ensured we had everything we needed.
The kitchen is small but very well equipped, the living area is spacious and airy, with balconies to 2 sides and great sea views.
Shops, bars and restaurants are a ten minute walk away down the (steep) hill. There are buses that will take you to Chania if you don't want to drive.
The only issues were that the air conditioning in the main bedroom was a bit weedy and didn't keep the room very cool. Also, as this is a semi-detached villa you are very much dependent on having considerate neighbours, we had 2 sets of neighbours during our stay and they were both very noisy.

This villa is lovely & the views were amazing. We were welcomed in by a lovely lady called Effie who was very helpful & went out of her way to make our stay really good. The villa was very clean & modern. Pool was lovely, we paid for pool heat & glad we did. This villa is at the top of a very steep road making the views really lovely but my mother in law who is 79 years old could not manage the hills. I had been in contact with the property manager regarding my mother in law yet was not given this information. We had to hire a car for ease which we had not budgeted for. Bear this in mind as a car is definitely needed unless you are very fit.
