About this apartment rental
Unit 105 @ Carillon Beach has it all! Newly renovated to include full stove and oven. Stay in the cozy studio condo, visit the general store, have lunch at the beach cafe or Pizza at Lake Powell Pizza - all onsite. Rent bikes, paddle boards, hit the gym or enjoy yoga. All on-site. Also enjoy the beautiful pools and hot tubs. One pool overlooks the beach. Playground, tennis courts, pickleball, basketball courts - something for everyone! First floor walks out to lake with short walk to beach. Pets allowed with extra fee of $100 per stay but are not allowed on beds, furniture or sofa. Additional $150 cleaning fee is charged if hair is found on linens or couches. Shark Vac provided for easy hair clean ups on floor. Ring camera at entry only for security purposes

Very nice stay, condo has everything you need, only thing missing is a recliner. Very clean and well stocked, great place to walk, beautiful beaches, great place to be with pets. We enjoyed our stay and the hot tub too.
