MARIN DEBUSSY is a spacious 1 bedroom apartment ideally located in the city center.
This pleasant apartment offers all the necessary comfort for a relaxing stay. It is located in a modern building and has the advantage of being quiet.
The large bay window of the living room gives you a pleasant impression of domination on the street. You will feel comfortable to relax in its comfortable sofas.
Air conditioning and free WIFI connection are provided.
The neighborhood is very nice, it is the district of the Musicians. You will be located within walking distance of the Promenade des Anglais where you will find its beaches, the sea and its famous casinos. The main shopping avenue Jean Médecin is a 4-minute drive away, including the Nice Star shopping center with 120 shops.
MARIN DEBUSSY is composed as follows:
LIVING ROOM:
The impressive living room includes 2 sofas and a coffee table to enjoy a good aperitif, a flat screen TV and a dining table for your meals.
KITCHEN:
The independent kitchen is fully equipped, it has a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, a toaster and a coffee maker.
BATHROOM :
The bathroom has been completely redone, it is composed of a beautiful walk-in shower, a towel hook and a hairdryer.
The toilets are independent.
BEDROOM :
The bedroom consists of a comfortable double bed, a bay window overlooking a balcony. It also has a dresser and air conditioning.
It has the advantage of giving on a small quiet garden.
The bedroom and the kitchen have a balcony overlooking an outdoor courtyard and access to the greenery.
There is a bus stop nearby, allowing you to easily get around Nice and its surroundings.
The city offers many self-service bicycles (blue bicycles), allowing you to drive easily in the city center.
A station is 300 meters from your apartment.
The train station is a few minutes walk.
Nice airport is only 15min drive away.
Heating : Heating is collective and managed by the building. Start-up is scheduled for mid-November to mid-December. Shutdown is scheduled for mid-April. Start-up and shut-down dates depend on the local climate and the building manager.

Le four de grâce, à part la fonction micro-onde, ce n’est pas génial. L’absence de cady ou de charriot pour faire l’épicerie

Appartement très sympa en plein centre ville et pas très loin de la plage. Merci à toute l’équipe de Nestor &Jeeves qui était présente et qui nous a bien encadré !!

The location of the apartment is excellent truly 10' walk from Prom des Anglais, 5' walk from Jean Medecin, Place Massena. Absolutely great location!
The people behind the conciergerie are very responsive and always happy to help. I had some issues with the internet connection and after bringing this to their attention, they sent someone to look into in within the hour and offered multiple solutions to fix it.
The apartment has everything you might need (for a vacation and if you are working remotely). I cannot recommend it enough (so much that I will be booking a second stay with them).
