Welcome to Jimi’s Place in The Hendrix. Whether you are a Hendrix fan, live life like Buffet, or listen to Fallon every day, everyone is welcome here at Jimi`s Place!
Located adjacent to Nashville`s newest coffee shop & boutique, walkable to plenty of restaurants & just 5 mins in an uber to Broadway, this is the perfect spot to use as your base for visiting Music City.
We feature 10 beds allowing plenty of space to spread out & guests rave about our games room for your pre-honky tonk warmup!
This 4 bedroom property features a great, illuminated rooftop balcony with views of the down town skyline, plenty of seating and even a fire pit to spend evenings catching up with your friends.
The double length garage is not used to house vehicles, but instead it showcases a variety of seating and games in our Jimi/Jimmy entertainment room. Watch a game on the flat screen TV as you challenge each other to a game of ping pong or even enjoy the mini-foosball table. The almost 40’ long wall is a masterpiece with images of Jimi Hendrix, Jimmy Buffet and Jimmy Fallon along with some of their famous quotes… Being added in mid 2024 is an EV charger for you to pull up outside and add some much needed juice before heading back on the road...
The main level has a state of the art kitchen, decked out with all of the items you’d need or expect for cooking or making yourself a breakfast coffee. A custom island seats 4 and an additional dining table will accommodate another 8. The living room has a sampling of seating including a sofa which converts to a futon style bed should additional sleeping arrangement flexibility be desired. Lastly on this main level there is a desk area should you find yourself needing to catch up on a little work and a half bathroom.
There are 2 levels that feature bedrooms, bathrooms and a laundry. Guests frequently ask how properties are laid out, especially for sleeping arrangements, so here is the set up for our home:
Ground floor - Converted Garage that is our Jimi Entertainment Room
1st Floor - Kitchen. Dining Rm. Desk Area. Half Bathroom. Living Rm (Twin Size Futon - Sleeps 1 on 1 Bed)
2nd Floor - Bedroom #1 (En-suite bathroom, King Bed & twin Roll-Away bed, TV - Sleeps up to 3 people on 2 beds). Bedroom #2 (2x Queen beds in bunk formation + 1x Twin trundle underneath - Sleeps up to 5 people on 3 beds). Additional full bathroom in the Corridor. Laundry Room.
3rd Floor - Bedroom #3 (Queen Bed, TV - Sleeps up to 2 people on 1 bed). Bedroom #4 (2x Queen beds in bunk formation + 1x Twin trundle underneath - Sleeps up to 5 people on 3 beds). Additional full bathroom in the Corridor. Roof Top Balcony.
The owner is willing to consider pets on a case by case basis for an additional fee. Please inquire with us about the additional fee and approval if you are considering traveling with your furry friends.

My husband & I stayed with another husband & wife & 2 boys 18 & 20 yr olds. It was perfect set up. Each of us had our own bedrooms & bath. Able to spread out. Very clean.

Great location, and first class accommodations and host. We came in for a hockey tournament with friends and family, the locations close to all attractions and Uber’s were short and affordable!

We absolutely loved staying at Jimi's Place. Lots of room and beds for a large group. The beds were super comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. We especially loved the location.. very easy to get downtown or to great restaurants in the neighborhood. The garage was awesome and we enjoyed spending time playing ping pong and bags with the group. Would definitely stay again!
