If you are looking for a great place to stay in Nashville with a caring and accommodating host, look no further. This place fulfilled all of our necessities. It had a spacious living room, awesome decorations and plenty of bedrooms / bathrooms. This apartment was a 10 min uber to all the location we wanted to check out. It was also walking distance to several coffee shops, restaurants and thrift shops. The host went above and beyond on all fronts. He answered all of our questions, gave us local recommendations and supported us through a winter storm. I would highly recommend this place to all of my friends and family that are looking to stay at Nashville.Thanks again Alex for all of your help! Our entire crew cannot thank you enough for all of your support during our stay. We absolutely loved your apartment and hope more people take advantage of such an amazing place!

Property manager very easy to work with & kind.
The property on the other hand was below average. We’ve stayed at many VRBO’s that had kitchen & bathrooms fully stocked w/essential amenities. This property had marginal necessities & the sofa was filthy & old. It truly needs to b replaced. With that being said, we did have a great with friends.
