Aloha! If you are looking to get away from it all but still be close to everything that Maui has to offer, look no further! Our owner-hosted (no dealing with unresponsive property managers) beachfront 4th-floor condo makes you feel far from it all yet is minutes away from all Kihei has to offer!
Located on more than 3 beautifully landscaped acres with open grassy spaces and trails, a large oceanfront pool and jacuzzi, barbecue grills, picnic tables, and miles of uncrowded sandy beaches, you will feel like you found your own private oasis on Maui.
Escape to your very own private coastal sanctuary. With amazing views of the ocean, neighboring islands, West Maui Mountains, and swaying palm trees all around you, you may never want to leave.
As you enter, the first thing you will notice is the amazing views from all of the living areas. With large sliding glass doors leading out to the lanai (balcony), the inviting living room offers an ideal indoor/outdoor feel. The chef in you will absolutely love preparing meals while looking out to the ocean from the fully stocked and updated kitchen.
One of the most unique features of this beautiful home is that BOTH bedrooms offer incredible ocean views as well as full bathrooms. The master bedroom even has its own private lanai! We provide everything you'll need for a carefree vacation: Free high-speed Internet & WiFi, central A/C, 3 smart TVs, beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, boogie boards, and more!
The best part of your new Maui home away from home is its perfect location. We specifically chose this location because it is conveniently close to everything but is not right in the middle of the touristy side of Kihei. The complex itself is a mix of vacationers, part-time residents, and full-time residents so it feels more like a home than a busy resort or hotel. The best part of its location is being directly oceanfront. There is no better feeling than going to sleep and waking up to the sound of gently lapping waves.
As you sip your morning coffee on the lanai and look out into the deep blue ocean with the entire day ahead of you, you will be faced with a tough decision. What do I want to do today? Go for a quiet morning walk along the miles of beach keeping an eye out for giant green sea turtles and breaching whales? Swim, snorkel, or play in the surf?
If you are feeling adventurous, you can rent a kayak or stand-up paddleboard, or take surf lessons from the local surf school. There’s also tennis, pickleball, shuffleboard, and a large grassy area perfect for a morning yoga session - all right outside your door. World-class golf resorts are also just minutes away.
Thinking about eating out for lunch? Downtown Kihei is just 3 minutes away and home to several popular local spots like Nalus, Coconuts, Fork and Salad, and Maui Brewing Company. We LOVED this condo! Both bedrooms have their own bathroom and an oceanfront view (the master bedroom also has a private patio). You can choose to take the stairs but the complex has a set of elevators that made access to the 4th floor very easy. Laundry was available on every other floor. Parking was always available and had no extra fees! The kitchen was pretty well stocked and we were able to eat at home after some of our longer days out venturing. We loved that the condo also had beach chairs, beach towels, and coolers for us to use for our full day adventures. The complex does have grills down by the pool as well as an outdoor shower to wash off the sand from the beach. The beach is a quick walk across a grassy area and well worth visiting (watch out for the crabs if you go at night! they caught me by surprise). The host was AWESOME and so was the on-island contact.Random things to note:---The washer is 2.50 and dryer is 1.50. The machines take 30-40 minutes each to complete. No need to bring quarters as it is all run by a cell phone app but you have to deposit a minimum 10 at a time.---Mini bottles of shampoo/conditioner/soap were provided. These would likely be great for a weekend visit. If you are staying longer plan to grab full size bottles and some additional toilet paper.---There are multiple grills by the pool but they can be busy when the weather was nice. They are propane grills and the propane is provided so don't buy charcoal or propane!

We came to Maui as a family of 4 with a teen and tween girls. There was plenty of space for everyone. This condo is very clean and well stocked; here you pretty much want for nothing as there is everything from cooking oil to q-tips to laundry detergent. The laundry is communal and on every other floor. You will need to bring coins (there is no coin machine which makes sense because HI has to import coins and they’re HEAVY thus not making sense to bring them from the mainland) so come with coins or you’ll need to download an app to use the washer and dryer, seriously the smallest inconvenience and I’d hardly call it that, just being informative. You won’t need to worry about anything but your suit for the beach as there are towels, chairs, umbrella, snorkeling gear, even sunscreen other guests have left—we did leave new ones and used the ones on the counter as to not let them expire for the next guest. The view from the lanai is absolutely amazing! The beach is rocky and was empty and the shore is a bit short so we ventured down to one of the “Kam” beaches everyday which is just as well because there are stores and shops and shave ice by those beaches. There is a BANGING teriyaki joint a couple miles down the road—Maui fish and chips and I highly recommend it, BEST fish and chips ever. 10/10 would stay again. 10/10 would buy a condo in this particular neighborhood as the surrounding neighborhoods/towns are pretty uppity and don’t have as much shopping and shops that have good

Kevin’s place was so amazing. The sunrises, and sunsets from the balcony are stunning, a walk to the beach made for a relaxing day. Not to mention you are in the center of everything Maui has to offer. The condo was super clean and made us feel like we are home away from home. 10/10 recommend! If you’re looking for a place - look no further! This is the place to be. Definitely will be back. And having Kevin as a host was an added bonus. For tips on where to snorkel - to buying groceries. Book it now!!!
