You've discovered a listing for a top floor one-bedroom condo with unobstructed views of the ocean from every room.
Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, tile floors, travertine bathroom, two 50' LED TVs.
The convenient floor plan allows unobstructed views of the ocean bay and West Maui mountains from every room, literally one can watch whales while still in bed (whales are not included)
Each of the rooms has independent entry to large shared lanai (balcony).
Condo amenities include central A/C (both rooms), wireless internet, cable, dedicated parking spot, king-size bed with a luxury plush mattress. For additional guests we can offer a foldable couch. We have 3 beds in total.
Kauhale Makai (Hawaiian for Village by the Sea) amenities include pool, shallow kid's pool, hot tub, shuffleboard, putting green, well-maintained outdoor BBQ grills, app-operated laundry facilities on the same floor, elevator, concierge services.
The building is located in Central Kihei and offers convenient access to all Maui attractions, shopping and transportation. The nearest supermarket, and shopping plaza is about 0.5 miles away - can walk, Wailea is 5.5 miles away, Airport - 11 miles, Lahaina 21 mile, Costco, Walmart - 10 miles, renowned Ma'alaea Aquarium - 7 miles, Haleakala crater - 32 miles.
Of course, many of Kauhale Makai guests choose to spend relaxing days on property, enjoying pool, BBQ, cocktails on lanai, unbelievable tropical sunsets from the beach, and wrapping up the day soaking in hot tub.
We believe that our condo will be most comfortable for a couple or for a family with 1 or 2 children.

Michael is a wonderful host! Very communicative and has a wonderful condo. The view was spectacular and morning walks on the beach made our days! Saw a turtle every time. The condo was very clean and welcoming. Bed and pillows were very comfortable and the amenities were fantastic. Would absolutely stay here again and would recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful place in an excellent location!

Very clean and comfortable condo. Great view from the Lanai and close to the elevator and trash shoot. This unit features a washlet on the toilet and comes with many beach amenities such as beach chairs, pool towels, snorkeling gear, boogie boards, etc. Traditional coffee maker but it's a small hotel room style. AC is good and can get very cold if needed. Quiet unit. Slider from the living room and bedroom to the lanai. Pretty well stocked condo for cooking ammenities. Owner communicates pretty well and issues I found he quickly resolved. Just a note, you cannot see the sunset from the lanai during the winter months, FYI.

The host was very welcoming, and the place itself was super nice and clean. The amenities in the condo were perfect - all the beach stuff you could need.
