The house has been completely renovated between 2017 and 2018 and consists of: two self-contained apartments, more than 200 square meters of garden and several outdoor verandas - one of which can be used as a parking space - which allows you to find a relaxing corner, where to taste freshly roasted food in the barbecue. Each apartment, equipped with an anti-theft system, has completely new interiors. Overall, the house consists of 2 double bedrooms, 2 bedrooms with single beds that can be made into a double bed, 2 kitchens-living room each with a comfortable double sofa bed, 2 bathrooms and 2 double-bedded rooms. The proximity to the center of Punta Secca, the supermarket of the village and a large space where to park, make the house a suitable place to spend their holidays in the name of relaxation, entertainment and breathtaking sunsets. Among the accessories, are available: air conditioning in the living room, barbecue, parasol, internet access, washing machine, TV, essential services, hairdryer and kitchen utensils.

The property was very nice. The location was good walking distances to market and restaurants. The beach was nice but farther than I thought. The garbage schedule was confusing and we were responsible for bringing it to the street and we missed the time. The apartment was nice and rooms big. With plenty of kitchen items. The shower was very small.
