3 bedroom, 3 full bath 1500 sq' secluded townhouse. Located at the end of a quiet culdesac. 2 stories. Sleeps 6 in bedrooms. There is also a queen pull out sofa in living room. Large back deck. Refurbished kitchen and all bathrooms 2019. Brand new hardwood floors in all bedrooms and stairway 2021. All brand new appliances. New washer and dryer. Short walk, .3 miles to downtown. Free Wifi and cable TV, Roku. DVD player. Beds: King, Queen, 2 Doubles, Queen pull out couch. Fireplace, Duraflame logs only, you provide. Parking limited to 2 cars. No pets please. I had such a wonderful stay here! The place felt very homely and welcoming from the moment I arrived. Everything was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully set up, which made it easy to feel right at home. The location was perfect — close by to everything I needed, from shops and restaurants to local attractions, making it super convenient to get around.

Great location, quiet, easy walk downhill to the town of Lake Placid. The condo is showing it's age a little bit. It is well stocked with kitchen utensils, plates etc!

We were able to make meals when we chose to stay in because all of the basic cookware and utensils were available. This trip was myself and 4 adult daughters so 3 full baths was one of the reasons I chose this property. The dining room table was for a large family and the living room was cozy for board games and movies. This was the perfect setup for our family. It was home away from home. Highly recommended for families.
