Welcome to The Dylan, a stylish boutique stay in St. Augustine, perfectly located near the city’s must-see attractions. Just a short 3–5 minute walk (approximately 2 blocks) to downtown, Flagler College, and historic sites, you’ll have easy access to over 500 restaurants, shops, and local experiences.
This charming suite is part of a boutique property featuring six private units, each thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience. Enjoy a plush king bed with premium linens and pillows, a 50” TV with complimentary Netflix, and a well-appointed space ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring.
The suite includes a modern glass rain shower with provided shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, along with a coffee and tea station and an eat-in bar. Guests can also enjoy access to a shared outdoor deck with dining space.
Located in a quiet, safe, and charming neighborhood just one block from the Intracoastal Waterway, this property offers both convenience and a peaceful retreat.
Smart lock check-in ensures a seamless arrival experience with a unique access code provided prior to your stay.

* We start you off with all the essentials you need to settle in comfortably.
* Strictly No Pets Allowed: Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets. Bringing a pet will result in a $500 fee/fine.
* Children: For safety reasons, our property is not suitable for infants or small children.
* For your convenience, the property features a Smart Lock for self-check-in. You’ll receive a unique access code before your arrival, which you can use to unlock the door without needing a key.

Experience the magic of St. Augustine’s famous Nights of Lights celebration, running annually from November 21 through January 18 — one of the most beautiful and busiest times of the year in the nation’s oldest city!
Our property is within walking distance of downtown St. Augustine, historic attractions, restaurants, and the Nights of Lights festivities. For the most pleasant walk into downtown, we recommend taking Oneida Street or MLK Avenue toward the historic district and main attractions.
Please note that downtown parking garages can reach up to $40 during peak Nights of Lights season. To make visiting easier, the City also offers free Park & Ride shuttle options during busy event weekends and holiday periods.

The host was attentive; however the entry key pad was not responsive at first and wasn't sure what to do; the sliding bathroom door was not secure and left very little privacy; the shelf above the sink was loose and could not hold anything; the air purifier outlet was very loose; the microwave was not standard and took some time to figure out. However, the location was good, off street parking good and charger pads good.

Great location, easy walk to everything, comfy and clean, but the bathroom barn style door gives no privacy.

The location was excellent. The amenities did not initially meet our expectations, but the host came quickly to provide various items we needed, including a microwave oven. It's an older house without much renovation. The main deficit was that there was no bathroom door, so, little privacy. However, the bathtub was extra deep for a good soak, with nice shower. Comfortable bed. Nice towels. On first floor, with about 6 outdoor wooden steps up to the porch. If you have trouble working the heating/ac unit, ask the host to show you the operation of the remote. The initial rental price price seems very affordable, but there are add-ons to figure in. Adequate parking.
