Ipanema 1 Apartment is a welcoming and well-decorated accommodation, set within the prestigious Quinta Pedra dos Bicos complex in Albufeira. Its privileged location allows you to enjoy a peaceful holiday, with everything you need within a short distance.
The spacious living and dining room features modern and comfortable décor, ideal for moments of leisure and family gatherings. From here, you have direct access to furnished verandas, perfect for relaxing in the sun or enjoying a meal outdoors.
The apartment has two comfortable bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with three single beds. There are also two complete bathrooms, one with a bathtub and shower and another with separate shower and bathtub, ensuring maximum comfort during your stay.
The kitchen is fully equipped and offers all the necessary amenities to prepare meals with ease and convenience.
On the outside, guests have access to the large communal swimming pool and the beautiful gardens of the complex, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the mild Algarve climate.
With an exceptional location in Santa Eulália, Apartment Ipanema 1/3 is just a few minutes' walk from the beach, the famous Rua da Oura and a wide variety of restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets, making it the perfect place for an unforgettable holiday in Albufeira.
The moving day for this property is on Saturday (however, there may be flexibility during low season).
If your flights are already booked or if your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the property's usual moving day, we ask that you send us an information request before making a reservation, to confirm whether the dates can be accepted.
This property is self-catered. For greater convenience, food hampers can be booked in advance (additional cost).
Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property's location. Nevertheless, should you be interested, we would be delighted to help with the booking. We can also arrange transfers, should you require them.
Group deposit: €150 per guest, with payment by credit or debit card to be made up to 2 weeks before arrival.
Please note that the occupancy of this property is 5.
From the 6th guest onwards, an additional charge will be levied which includes an extra bed.

Having two full bathrooms was a luxury for us. One with a bathtub and the other with a separate shower made it very practical for our group of five. The apartment is very well-designed for a stress-free stay.

The balconies are great for catching the sunhaving a quiet breakfast outside. We also spent a lot of time by the large communal pool, which is surrounded by beautiful gardens. It’s a very relaxing environment despite being so close to the action.

We really enjoyed our time here, with a comfortable atmosphere that made it easy to relax and appreciate the calm surroundings. Everything felt simple and enjoyable throughout our stay. We also loved the boat tour offered by the company.

A very pleasant place to spend a few days, offering a cozy environment that made our holiday feel effortless. It was the perfect spot to enjoy some downtime. The airport transfer service was also extremely convenient.
