Moradia B - 200m da Praia da Oura - Leste

Excellent property, really good location which is easily within reach of the Old Town by taxi, the main strip walking, but also has some great little local bars and restaurants just around the corner. We requested an early check in which wasn't guaranteed but we got into our accommodation at around the same time the Quinta Pedra would normally have a room ready anyway so it was fine. Access to the communal swimming pool area is included and the little snack bar does great light meals. The actual property itself is great value, two large sized bedrooms, one double and one twin with a good bathroom and an en suite in the double room. The living area is also a good size and the kitchen is more than adequate.

The only thing that even remotely bothered us on our stay was just the air con system, upstairs was fairly noisy even in quiet mode, and the drainage pipe leaked down onto the patio to the rear, but it wasn't too big of a deal as we just moved the furniture out of the way. With it being a two storey building, also watch out for insects getting in downstairs. A bit of food on the floor caused an ant invasion one night which was a surprise to say the least, but totally our own fault and more of just a bit of advice for anyone staying!

Very handy location, close to the strip and oura beach, but surprisingly chilled out and quiet. Comes with access to a pool that is well maintained which also has a nice bar/ cafe attached

Nothing really the washing machine stopped working but not much of an issue

Ruime kamers, goeie bedden, fijn 2 losse badkamers te hebben en ook nog een aparte wc, weinig geluid, keuken met (op een theedoek na) vrijwel alles erin, hele centrale plek.

De bank was afgetaped, wat ik mij kon herrinderen was dat niet zo op de foto’s. Hier hebben wij echter amper ‘last’ van gehad.
