In the vitroceramic independent kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, coffee machine, toaster and kettle are provided.
It is located 140 m from the supermarket "Bonpreu", 160 m from the bus station "Autobus", 300 m from the metro "Sants Estacio (l2)", 2 km from the train station "Sants Estacio", 3 km from the sandy beach "Playa de la Barceloneta / Barceloneta's Beach", 14 km from the airport "Aeropuerto el Prat", 103 km from the amusement park "PortAventura World" and in the city centre.
Note that the AC is located in just the living room and 1 bedroom

Price: EUR 30.00 per reservation. Guests must bring sheets. It is not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it

Our check-in time is from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Friday (please consult us if you wish to check in earlier). Outside these hours, we will charge €30 in cash; after 10 p.m., the charge will be €50 and after midnight will be 80euros.
- If the day of arrival is a local or national holiday or a weekend, the cost will be €30 until 10 p.m., €50 after 10 p.m. and after midnight will be 80euros.
- If the day of arrival is 25/12, 26/12 or 01/01, the charges will be as follows: €50 until 10 p.m., €100 after 10 p.m.
- The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona in 2026 will be applied. (€9.50/person/night, over 16 years of age and up to 7 nights). In addition, a service fee of 15 € will apply.
- Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros.
- Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbors intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €500 (in addition to the police fine).

This was great place. Only 2 things. Check in was not convenient as we waited 1 1/2 hrs for person to check us in. We also paid 300 euro security deposit we have still not received the refund for. I reached out no one replied. It’s been 1 month already.
