Enjoy two beautiful dog-friendly oceanfront cottages with panoramic ocean views and expansive walking trails out the back door. You will fall asleep listening to the sound of the ocean, smell the sea and watch lobster-fishing boats hauling their traps. Out the back door you will find a myriad of wonderful wooded paths for walking. This is a family property where we have two cottages, both of which have beautiful views and everything you could want. The first cottage has 3 bedrooms (all second floor), a full bath and a half bath, the second cottage has 4 bedrooms, with a master bedroom and full bath on the first floor, and another full bathroom and three bedrooms on the second floor. Master bedroom of new cottage has French doors opening onto the deck.

The cottages everything you need including well stocked kitchens, high quality linens and comfortable beds (all have memory foam toppers). If you feel like heading out, Rockland (20 min drive) offers excellent dining options, the Farnsworth Museum and great shopping.

These cottages are well suited for a small gathering/wedding/family reunion. There is a clay tennis court a short walk away.
