The view was spectacular from the living room. Condo very spacious. This condo does need some updates and minor repairs but overall great place for family.

The condo is in a lovely place, overlooking the stream and with great views. With windows open you can hear the bubbling water. Inside, the kitchen is well-stocked and clean, but the carpet is stained and the downstairs bathroom smells badly (like cat urine). Three inside sets of doors were broken, some leaning up against the wall. To be expected, there are a lot of stairs, which are well-documented in the ad. However the stairs accessing the condo from the street level are not. These are steep and metal and not mentioned. It's easy to trip or fall on the concrete landing above, which I did. Required an ER visit on my first day in Winter Park. Not fun.
