Great 3 bedroom family condo w/ clubhouse and newly remodeled kitchen!

Loved my stay thank you very much the place was perfect would do it again. 5 stars across the board.

Plenty of room for us, and we liked that we could keep our adventure motorcycles in the garage. It had everything we needed to feel at home. Easy to communicate with the owner. We would stay there again.

This is a beautiful condo. Very quiet, comfortable and convenient. A moderate drive to the west gate of RMNP, but we chose it to attend a wedding with family events in Winter Park and Granby. It more than met the needs for me and my 3 adult children.

Had a great stay. This is my second time to Winter Park and I love it here. Amazing scenery and so much to do. The condo was perfect. Spacious, comfortable, well equipped, and just minutes to everything. Also, the garage is a nice bonus. Especially when we woke up to a few inches of fresh snow Sunday.

Perfect place for our quick trip to the mountains. Great communication with owner!

The condo space was very functional for our family of eight. and was well equipped for our needs. I appreciated the ease of communication with Julie the condo owner, and the location to all the activities we had planned was great. We had a little trouble opening and shutting the sliding windows and doors. We appreciated so much the opportunity to rent this condo for the week.

There was plenty of space for 5 of us to stay. My family had two other condos in the development, but our space was accommodating for gathering at dinners for all of us. We asked for an additional night to stay and Julie was able to make that happen. We felt the pool use was handled well (covid.) Overall, great rental and recommend to others.

It was really snowing so we didn't go around town like we would have wanted, but we're cozy staying in! The property is comfortable, well maintained, and close to the clubhouse. We enjoyed our traditional Thanksgiving weekend up here with family, the others renting other condos. We played some competitive Pictionary including the young children and had an absolute blast. We will stay again definitely.

This was a great place to celebrate our 30th anniversary with our family. We had 3 bedrooms, with 3 bathrooms and plenty of room. Great views from deck and the kids loved the swimming pool. Condo was clean and the bathrooms had been updated. Would certainly come back to this condo.

The condo was perfect for the 4 of us. We enjoyed taking walks in the community and being so close to the tubing hill and Winter Park.

The condo was very nice but would have been nice to have had more plates and silverware when you have a large number of people staying at one time. The clubhouse was a great bonus. We would stay again

Home was in a perfect location away from the city and was comfortable for the 5 of us. Home was very equipped with the things we needed. My only complaint is that we couldn't get the fireplace started and we were looking forward to that.

I was so happy to have chosen my stay here. We had plenty of room for all my family. Kitchen was amazingly equipped with most essentials, would have loved to have a blender. My kids really enjoyed all the board games available in their room. I’m glad there was two balconies, because one was unavailable due to the sliding door being jammed. I was also concerned with one shower tub being backed up. However, I would love to stay here again if I would ever return. It was a spacious living area that allowed us to share meals all together and enjoy each other company by the fireplace.

The place is very nice with all the space and the garage. Our kids enjoyed swimming and the open area outside to play. Sitting out on the balcony at night was nice and relaxing.

This is our 3rd time staying in a condo at Meadow Ridge. We have stayed here both during the summer and during ski season. You are just down the road from winter park, at a fraction of the cost! The unit itself was nice. It was a bit dated and probably ready for some updates, but it was clean and well maintained. No bad odors and well stocked for everything we needed. Communicating with the owner was easy and entry / exit was hassle free.

Pros: Good location. Short walk to Lift bus ride into Winter Park (30 mins) and nice clubhouse w/2 hot big tubs and heated pool. Safeway nearby was huge for us. Fireplace was nice. Bathrooms were recently renovated and nice. Beds were comfortable. We cooked our own meals every night. Ice maker in fridge was great for after ski happy hour! Cons: The kitchen and appliances were dated. Needs some new pans for cooking with. Gas grill outside is tough to cook with...never gets hot enough. Carpet floors needs cleaning. Garage floors needs swept out...super dirty. Not a lot of restaurants nearby in Fraser.

We had a group of 10, couldn’t have worked out better with the bedrooms and amenities.

I stayed at this property (with 7 other guests and 1 baby) for 7 nights in February 2018. Overall it was a great stay. The strong points of this property are definitely the owner, location, and local clubhouse. The unit itself left a bit to be desired. The Owner (Julie) was great. She was very timely with responding to our emails, and was very helpful with our requests (which we had a few after booking). The community (Meadowridge) was also equally great. It is located right behind the only grocery store, and has close proximity to restaurants, a health clinic, and almost anything else you could ask for. It is reachable by the free transit system from Winter Park (The Lyft). But the best part is the clubhouse. Other than closing a little early (in my opinion), it’s perfect for a vacation. They have 2 racquetball courts (which can be used for volleyball or basketball as well), heated pools, hot tubs, a full gym, sauna, and a massage spa section. Also worth noting that they have all the accessories and equipment you need. Wish I had known that before I lugged my racquet and balls all the way to Denver. Now as for the unit itself, it was a bit underwhelming (admittedly - this is a bit nitpicky). The master bed and bath is very nice. The kitchen is well equipped and the entertainment options are above expectation. The garage was very helpful, and there was a washer/dryer hidden behind the garage. The loft however is very non-private as it is open to the living room. Thus if there are people staying up later in the living space, then those in the loft are bothered. The bunk room is the worst part. There are two sets of bunk beds, both of which are very uncomfortable. Two of the occupants dealt with back soreness and pain from it. The ladder for the wooden bunk bed is awkward and painful on bare feet, and the mattress pad on the bottom bunk is undescribably thin (you are going to feel the wood slats). The metal bunk as a whole is very noisy, if anyone on it moves in their sleep. Also worth noting - the vacuum is pretty old, and has no suction hose (rather relevant if you use the space saver bags when packing). The living room/dining room is a bit small. It’s difficult to get a large party or multiple families all together. Again - Overall it was a great experience, and we enjoyed our stay. Would be perfect for a large single family.

Enjoyed staying at this condo unit. We had 2 families of Four and it worked out perfectly. Bus route to the slopes was easy and right outside. The clubhouse with the pool and hot tubs were also a hit. We will be back again. One note for anyone needing to know, this is a trip-level so there are plenty of stairs to climb as 2 of the 3 bedrooms are upstairs.
