Step back in time at this quaint 50's style mayberry cottage by the lake. Whether you'd like to enjoy the quiet view from the window seat in the master bedroom or fish by dock with friends and family, this cottage is sure to meet all your needs. Featured in this cozy 2B1B cottage is a secondary sitting that also doubles as a bedroom/desk area, a screened in porch, a huge backyard for kids to play, and a boathouse for your boat. Come enjoy everything this cottage by the lake has to offer.

-Pets allowed with a 100$ non-refundable fee. (Dogs only)
-No pets allowed on the beds/linens
-All trash must be bagged.

-Absolutely no smoking allowed in the house
-Clean kitchen before check out(11am)

This place was perfect!!!!!!!! It was everything we hoped for and more. The host thought of everything. The house, the view, the beds, the deck, the porch, the decor… perfect. We are already looking at our calendar trying to find out a time to come back.

We had an excellent stay. The property is a little older but the price reflects that and it is well maintained and cared for. Great communication from the host. Beautiful view and access to the lake right out the back door that can’t be beat, fishing off the dock and firepit nighttime vibes. Our puppy was in heaven as well - we would absolutely stay here again - 10/10!

The house and properties were much better than advertised. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be coming back

House is Old but did need maintenance on the doors/screen doors. Grass was very high when we arrived, was mowed 3 days later. Enjoyed the Lake and Boathouse…..
