Relaxing waterfront cabin in a prime location on Lake Palestine. Come enjoy the East Texas pines on a large lot looking out over the water. Unwind around the fire pit, dine on the open deck or screened porch, and sit on the dock at sunset, or enjoy a morning coffee on the balcony - there are so many places to relax. This beautiful, updated home features large dining & entertaining spaces. Fully stocked kitchen with SS appliances and gorgeous granite counters includes plates, cookware, and utensils all available. Thee is a single ground coffee cup option and larger format Mr. Coffee pot available with 2 small ground coffee packets, some creamer and sweetener to get you started. Enjoy the ping pong table, basketball court, bring your own hammock for our hammock stand, feel free to use our kayaks and paddleboards, and be sure to catch a sunset or sunrise on the dock.

Enjoyed this home! 7 of us were very comfortable and the yard was amazing! They have a lot to keep the kids entertained and being right on the water was a big plus! Will definitely be back again.

Absolutely, wonderful accommodations. Location is better than advertised, the home is well taken care of, if you like to cook even the knives were sharp. The owners are very responsive and simply put you won't make a mistake selecting this location for your next adventure.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Everything was as described and then some! We were able to keep our jet skis tied at the property and enjoyed two great days on the lake!The evening thunderstorm was an added bonus on the beautiful lakefront!Thank you Leslie!

The house was great, right on the lake with its own dock and all the amenities were there. Our problems were with the owner. She’s got notes ALL over the place, which most times can be helpful, but this time it felt intrusive. “Don’t use too much toilet paper!” Put it all in a book of house rules. Our 1st convo was her instructing us to limit showering and not to use the washer due to recent high rainfall. It’s hot& the lake smells like fish and you’re asking us to not take showers? She then said that there’s an extra lockbox in case the electronic lock on the front door doesn’t work. It didn’t work, and it took her almost 30min to get back to me to get the code for this lockbox “i haven’t used in a while, I hope the code’s correct!” The lock didn’t respond multiple times throughout our visit and at one point the code itself wasn’t working, which made it difficult for the 5 of us to have our own plans with just 1 key. She then used her smart thermostat in the house to change the temp we had set it to without our knowledge! We woke in the night sweating and uncomfortable b/c of that. I can’t believe that someone would do that to their guests. Apparently, in her house you’re not allowed to go outside of 73-78F, which wasn’t posted in her many notes throughout the house. I we did have it pretty low, but it seems she’s concerned w/ saving $, not her guest’s comfort. Have fun with that.
