About this house rental
Perched at the edge of beach and forest, Forest Edge Beach House is a brand new Oceanfront modern luxury custom home completed in summer '22 on 1.42 acres bordering Oregon's newest State Park, Sitka Sedge. Enjoy beautiful sunsets, direct beach access just off the deck, long walks on the beach, evening bonfires, & access to miles of trails through forest wetlands, dunes, & Sand Lake Estuary. A perfect place to gather with family and friends or a romantic getaway!
Floor to ceiling and wall to wall windows let you take in views of the Pacific ocean from Haystack Rock to Cape Lookout throughout the home, perfect for viewing whales, seals, sea lions, orcas, bald eagles, pelicans, and other NW wildlife. Forest Edge is a 6 bedroom/7 bathroom modern home cantilevered over the beach and forest, all on one floor with just the entry and parking under the home. The fully stocked kitchen features a giant Quartzite kitchen island for everyone to gather around with seating for 14, imported 36" induction cooktop, 36" Gaggenau oven, 2 sinks, Bosch dishwasher, Samsung bespoke all fridge & all freezer, Breville Espresso, microwave, 2nd fridge for drinks, and a bonus kids area under the island. Additional ocean facing bar seating and forest facing bar seating allow everyone to sit nearby. Kitchen windows and sliding glass doors open to a deck with glass railings & 36" propane griddle for outdoor living.
The great room features seating for all, a 85" Samsung smart TV, XBox Series X, and surround sound. Additional seating areas throughout provide differing views. A nearby away-room features a forest-facing area for relaxing on a bean bag or playing games.
5 Ocean-front master bedrooms with king beds, private baths, 70" smart TV's, and 1 Forest view bunkroom with 8 twins, a private bath, a 2nd Xbox X w/4K projector & surround sound. 4 of the 5 oceanfront masters have private covered decks with glass railings, and the 5th oceanfront master has 3 walls of windows cantilevering out over the forest.
Outside and under the home there is a large entry deck with 2 outdoor showers & more outdoor living. There is parking for 6 vehicles, two EV charging stations (one with a gen3 Tesla charger, another 240V plug available for your non-Tesla L2 charger). The large lot includes a meandering driveway through the forest and private sand volleyball court surrounded by low trees protecting from the wind.

A maximum of 6 vehicles are allowed on the premises per county ordinance.

The house and property are equally remarkable. We all enjoyed our time so much and the beach felt almost private as the closest public access point is a considerable distance away. The rooms were so cozy and everyone loved the bunk room! We will DEFINITELY be returning in the future.

Kitchen was supplied great.. clean, awesome beach access with lots of walking either direction. House was as pictured and perfect for our crew. Benj was amazing to communicate with. We loved the views.::Super comfortable home to stay in! Would definitely stay here again!
