Bedroom: 1 Queen bed
Living room: 1 twin daybed and 1 twin trundle bed
Kitchen & Dining area:
A dining table (seats 4), Keurig coffee machine, microwave, essential cooking utensils, and dedicated workstation.
Living Room: 43" Insignia smart TV
Parking:
There are 2 un-marked parking spots. All additional vehicles must park on the street. Violators will be towed away at vehicle owner's expense.
Guest access
Entire unit.
Other things to note
1. No Events Allowed.
2. No Smoking / No vaping / No e-cigarettes / No Marijuana / No kind of any Drug.
3. Max of 1 pet allowed for a $75 fee.
4. Quiet Hours are from 10:00 pm – 8:00 am. Please be mindful that the apartment shares walls with the neighboring unit. Guests should respect designated quiet hours and avoid disturbing neighbors with disruptive noise, including loud music, shouting, or slamming doors.
5. We only provide two parking spots. You may park anywhere near unit 3. All additional vehicles must park on the street. Violators will be towed away at vehicle owner’s expense.
If a neighbor reports a noise disturbance or police are called and a violation is issued, the guest security deposit will be forfeited and could risk eviction.

This was the perfect location right around the corner from amazing shops and restaurants. The apartment is clean, comfortable, has nice beds and all the amenities you need while you are there, including a washer and dryer! I would absolutely stay there again.
