🚉 The home is located near train tracks — some noise from passing trains may be heard.
🛏️ Maximum 4 adults. A 5th guest is only allowed if it’s a child 12 years or younger, sleeping on the sofa bed in the living room.
💤Quiet time is between 10PM to 8AM, immediate cancellation without refund if violated. （I have neighbor and other guests will complain）
💧Dishwasher is unusable, please hand wash dishes.
🚫 Room 2 with TV, but no access to wardrobe.
📦 Some cabinets/storage contain personal items. If you need extra space, please let the host know in advance.
🪟Make sure open the window of bathroom after used, good airflows keep you healthy.

💧Clean the dishes or 💸 we do it for you (not recommend)(Dishes cleaning service $20 flat fee)
⏰Late check-out without prior approval will incur a $30 per hour fee. （Round to the full hour）
