Above Cagnes Médieval, in a sunny, elevated position, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, traffic calmed area, 2 km from the sea, 2 km from the beach. Steep footpath to the house. Public parking 450 m. Grocery 450 m, supermarket, restaurant 160 m, bakery 450 m, 5 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "sous barri 44" 50 m, railway station "centre cagnes" 1 km, shingle beach "plage de l'hippodrome" 2 km. Sports harbour 5.2 km, marina 5.2 km, tennis 1.6 km. Nearby attractions: Haut de Cagnes médieval 160 m, Musée Renoir 1.6 km, hippodrome de la côte d'azur 1.8 km, antibes les remparts, promenade des anglais nice 13 km.
