We had a great time in Arona at Franco’s place, very secure location and comfortable stay. Kitchen had most of what we needed, although felt it was missing a real oven (just a microwave oven) and the fridge had a strong smell with a bit of mould on arrival. We cleaned it and it was ok after. Recommend staying if in Arona! Not far from the lake front.

"It is a very neat and complete apartment. Our stay was very pleasant. The lake is within walking distance, but we chose to go to Tesa Beach. Furthermore, there is plenty to do in the immediate surroundings. We took the train to Milan, which is highly recommended. Just be careful with street parking, as the street sweeper comes by on the first and third Monday of the month. Believe me, you'll get a fine if you're parked there."
