Turnberry 8532 is a luxurious resort property located just over the footbridge of Baytowne Golf Course. The living room, screened porch, and extended terrace offer stunning views of the lake and the 9th hole of the golf course. The home is within walking distance of Baytowne Wharf, the community pool, the marina, and the Tennis Center. This rental includes a brand new 6-seat golf cart as of August 2024, so you will cruise around the area in comfort and style!
The open floor plan is bright and airy, featuring picturesque windows that flood the room with natural light throughout the day. The modern kitchen features white cabinetry, black granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. It is stocked with all the necessities for the group’s chef to prepare everyone’s favorite treats. The cozy sitting area is ideal for relaxing and planning the day’s events, while the dining area is spacious enough to offer seating for all guests so everyone can dine together. Also, fiber optic cable has been recently installed and the internet connect is much faster than with standard cable for those guests who have remote work to complete while on vacation.
The home offers 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 8 guests. The master suite is a peaceful haven with an oversized walk-in closet and tranquil lake views. It features a king bed and en suite bathroom with a soaker tub, separate shower, and dual vanity area. One guest bedroom features a king bed, while the other offers a queen bed. Both guest bedrooms share the second full bathroom.

Great place, great location, and clean. From the beach to the marina to the golf course to restaurants, everything is easily accessible by golf cart, even Publix. Had a great time.

Perfect Beach Getaway!We had a fantastic stay at this condo in the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort. The unit was clean, spacious, and incredibly convenient—exactly what we were looking for in a beach vacation. Everything was well-maintained and comfortable, making it easy to relax and enjoy our time.The location couldn’t be better—close to the beach, shops, and restaurants, yet peaceful and quiet at night. The resort itself is beautiful and offers so many amenities. We loved being able to walk or ride the golf cart. We never used our car once!Highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a stress-free, enjoyable stay in Sandestin. We’d absolutely book again!

The location of this property is great and it's in a quiet neighborhood. The property was well maintained but we did come across some dead/dying roaches. Upon arrival the key to the golf cart was gone and we had to reach out to the managing company and chase them to get things moving but we were able to get the cart the next day, not the end of the world but you're paying for it either way. We chose this place since it listed fiber internet and we had some remote work to do while visiting. We reached out the same day of arrival and they said cox would be out to fix it. We did this for the next 4 days back and forth with no internet and received conflicting information from multiple points of contact which is not what you want to deal with on vacation. The managing company seems to have too much going on or just lip service without any actual fixes or money back. We had to use our phone hotspot for remote work. They dropped off a mobile hot spot 23 hours before the end of our stay so this didn't help much. All the TVs in the entire house did not work the entire week since everything was run off the internet. They told us to go to the library/cafe to get access all while not offering anything other than lip service to address the problem. Problems always come up and that's understandable but it's how you respond that makes your experience good or bad. If you feel like chasing fixes your entire vacation, give this place a try.
