Welcome to For Shore! This beautiful, newly renovated condo is in the heart of Sandestin Resort and offers great perks like excellent location, easy Beach access, a golf cart, and a comfortable, family-oriented setup!

Roam the 2,400 acre resort on the Sandestin Tram or on our Golf Cart, no need for a car. With 7 miles of waterfront, the south side of the resort fronts the white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico and the north side fronts the Choctawhatchee Bay and Intracoastal Waterway. The resort offers amenities for every type of person, including 4 championship golf courses (3 open to the public), lighted clay tennis courts, lighted pickleball courts, and 2 large Sandestin Resort pools. Additionally, there is a marina on the Bay to rent boats, kayaks, paddleboards, or bikes. You can enjoy biking, swimming, hiking, fishing, boogie boarding, miniature golf, renown restaurants, unique shopping and an array of entertainment options without leaving Sandestin!
Golf Cart Policy: Please note that we will need a card on file, a copy of your driver's license, and proof of insurance to be received per cart before your arrival.
Starter Pack: We provide our guests with a starter amenity pack of Gilchrist & Soames hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponges, coffee packs, and laundry detergent pods. Once the initial amenities are depleted, guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities.
Cancellation Policy: 100% refund when bookings are cancelled 60 days (or more) before the start of the stay. Bookings canceled between 59 and 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking; otherwise, the reservation is subject to cancellation.

Rarely is a short term rental property better than the photos, but this one blew us away! The property was exceptionally clean and well-stocked. It seems like a silly thing, but having tupperware in a rental with a kitchen is so useful! The property is conveniently situated between Baytowne Golf Course holes 1 and 9 and is an easy three minute walk to the clubhouse (don't bother driving!). The kids and I enjoyed walking over to Jolee Island and Baytowne Wharf. Overall, "For Shore" felt like home away from home and we will certainly book again for our next trip to the area.

The property was comfortable (great living room couches, a big dining table to gather around and eat or play games), and comfortable beds. The kitchen had everything we needed. The bunk room is in a closet (no windows, no place to put really this is just a 3 bedroom home.For this price, it seems like they could have provided enough trash bags, dishwasher detergent and such for the entire week. Also, we had a smoke detector beeping in the middle of the night and the maintenance wouldn't come out until the next day. It was high enough to need a ladder.

Check in was great! Kitchen was great. Unfortunately, the floor was not vacuumed or cleaned and so we had to call to have this done. We had to change the air conditioner filter and one of the pictures fell off the wall when we walked by it. Not sure how it even stayed on the wall as it had one screw and some kind of wire thing coming out of the wall. We laid it in the bedroom.
