The house with 3000 square meters of land is since the construction 10 years ago in the family estate and stands on the edge of a small mountain village with a medieval old town. The Les Plus Beaux Villages de France association has added this romantic place to the list of the most beautiful villages in France.
In addition to a fully equipped kitchen, a living room (with satellite TV), the villa has 160 sqm of living space, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 guest toilet.

A large unseen outdoor pool with the masses 13m / 5m offers in the hot summer months huge bathing fun and cooling.

To explore the old town it takes a 10 minute walk.
On the beach of the Cote d'Azur you are already after 30 km (Frejus).
Numerous other destinations in the region allow for a varied holiday program, the cities Frejus / Nice / Saint Tropez / Mougins / Cannes can be reached by car in about 30-45 minutes.
Nice airport is 60 km away.
In the town of Seillans you will find bars and restaurants, some smaller shops and a small supermarket.
Even for the ski season, the house is ideal, the nearest ski resort up to 1800 m (Gréolières Les Neiges) is only 38km away.
