Open plan living area with digital television, fireplace and reverse cycle air-conditioning, dining and modern kitchen with all the amenities and appliances that make your holiday easy. 2nd living area with digital television, opening out to expansive deck area with sun awning and BBQ.

Laundry with washing machine, dryer and 2nd fridge.
Outdoor hot and cold shower and bath.

LINEN
A full bed & bathroom linen package is provided for 7 night or more bookings. BYO beach towels. 6 nights or less, this property provides the basic linen package which includes mattress protectors, doonas, doona covers, pillows. You are to bring sheets, pillow cases, bathroom towels and bathroom linen, beach towels.. Hire linen is available. Contact our office for prices which includes delivery and bedding made up prior to arrival. Hire linen orders must be received at least 1 week prior to arrival during the year, 4 weeks prior during Summer peak times from 1 December to 31 January.
BOOKING POLICY
A Security deposit of $1500 will be held on your stored Credit Card and pre authorised the day prior to arrival.
STRICTLY
No schoolie groups bookings, events, or parties. Only mature guests 28+ will be considered. Instant bookings are subject to approval, pending the return by email, of the Booking Terms & Conditions pdf within 24 hours. Failure to complete the Booking Terms & Conditions pdf within 24 hours or not meeting any requirements of the Booking Terms may result in automatic cancellation.
CODE OF CONDUCT

A very pleasant, homely and well-equipped cottage. Spacious, clean and comfortably furnished and just a short walk to the bay beach and shops and cafes. Ticks all the boxes for a famliy getaway. A great place to stay in Sorrento.
