Our experience was very nice. Four neighborhood dad went on a golf trip and had a blast. I was concerned about sleeping on a twin sized bed, but the mattress was great. No back pain- really rate for me. lol Community was really nice also

Nothing bad to say, place was great, could of lived in full time with no issues. Sectional couch a bit warn but no issue. 4 guys on trip nobody had any issues.
