 PRIME LOCATION: Located within the serene luxury of the 2500 acre Barefoot Resort, relax in this serene North Myrtle Beach condo across from the 12th hole of the Norman golf course. The resort is home to four championship golf courses designed by world class golfers such as Greg Norman, Davis Love, Tom Fazio, and Pete Dye. Within the resort is a scenic marina, restaurants, and the largest pool in South Carolina. Just over the bridge are the House of Blues, Alabama Theatre, and numerous shops and restaurants in Barefoot Landing and easy access to pristine beaches.

📖 MINIMUM STAY REQUIREMENTS/CHECK-IN DAYS: We usually book full weeks, Saturday to Saturday. We may be able to accommodate shorter or cross-week stays. You can check-in any day that is convenient for you within your reservation time block.

If this is your first time renting a vacation rental as opposed to other short term rental options, note that we do not operate on the nightly rental model of a hotel. We also do not operate on the nightly rental model common on newer booking sites which were built for home sharing.

Stays of less than 7 nights or stays that span weekends are special requests. These special reservations that are subject either to a minimum stay requirement or a higher nightly rate. We usually do not block you from inquiring in VRBO for shorter stays as we may be able to accommodate your request during some summer weeks or in case of a prior cancellation.

Reservations are not final until we receive a signed rental agreement and required contact/id information from the guest. THE COMPLETED RENTAL AGREEMENT MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF ONLINE BOOKING.

**** Changed fees for presentation during VRBO booking process ****

We have added VRBO's Damage Deposit in order to meet VRBO's damage deposit requirements put in place on May 12, 2025.

We have listed on VRBO since 2006. Our VRBO listing ids have been 98135 and 153856ha. For nearly 20 years, we have collected either a Good Care Fee or a refundable Security/Performance/Damage Deposit payable directly to us in the form of a check or credit card payment on every reservation. This has been required for business reasons. It has been due within 24 hours of receiving instructions on completing the reservation. We have followed the same process on every site that this home is advertised as it provides a consistent experience to all of our guests. This has always been disclosed to our guests in our VRBO listing and in correspondence and has not been questioned by our guests booking traditionally. Comments from our guests going back to 2006 are included in the photos of our listing. **We are not a hotel commodity.**

As of May 12, 2025 VRBO requires that all fees be listed in their structured fields of their software so that they are visible to customers at the time of booking. As there is no VRBO field to identify the fees that must be collected directly by us, we must use the Property Fee field and increase the amount above that which was traditionally collected so that we attract only discerning travelers like those who have traditionally booked with us. This allows VRBO to present and collect this fee at booking as per their new global policy. Taxes and services fees may also apply to this new fee, as per VRBO’s control. We have also been required to add VRBO's damage deposit to the listing as per VRBO support. This is in response to an instant booking guest who was not a match for this home.

As we navigate through changing requirements from VRBO, the replacement fee will apply. If you are a traditional discerning traveler and would like booking without the added fee, you may inquire directly for a discount via means allowed by applicable VRBO policies at the time of booking.*
