Our stay was great. The home was very clean and had all the amenities needed - towels, Keurig, hair dryer, fenced yard and garage. Living room was super comfortable to hang out and chat with my friends. It was a good location for a charity event we were attending. The communication before our stay was exceptional and check in procedures were very easy. I had my dog and there was a fenced yard which was great and I could walk him in the neighborhood. Only concern was the neighbors dogs were pretty loud barking anytime we went out back and I didn’t let my dog off leash in the backyard. The showers worked great but could use a bit of maintenance as the hot water took a bit to come on. Also the neighbors were loud on Saturday evening but that’s nothing the host could have controlled. Overall would stay here again and it was perfect for what we needed throughout the weekend.

My family and i visit to Conyers was for a conference and we really enjoyed our stay at this quaint, cozy, and very clean property! The neighborhood is very quiet and well kept and the location is accessible to many stores and restaurants. Marilyn, the host, is the epitome of helpful and she's great at communicating.
