The location. The cost of the stay.
The outside area were outdated and worn. Needed a deep cleaning. Bugs and webs were everywhere. I even had to kill 2 very large cockroaches that made their way inside my room. I know that these roaches can be common is coastal areas. Still no one wants to deal with them while on vacation. This was very disappointing.
