The property was great. The parking outrageously expensive. I contacteed host about parking but no reply. The additional cost for parking was a shock.

This was a little different from other vrbo’s I have rented which were houses or condos. This was a hotel room. They provided a drip coffee maker and a cartridge coffee maker and some silverware and dishes. There was a microwave and refrigerator with a freezer that didn’t freeze things but made them really cold. No coffee was provided. They also provided beach chairs and an umbrella. My only complaint was that the parking was limited and first come, first served. We had to go down to the desk every morning to buy our daily parking spot for $40. I would have preferred being able to pay for the parking for our whole stay up front to avoid the stress. Otherwise the hotel was close to the beach, Ala Moana mall and Waikiki restaurants and activities. I would book this Vrbo again. The owner was very quick to respond to messages.

The suite at the Palms was clean and quiet in a good location for exploring Waikiki. Communication with hosts before and during the trip was excellent. The coffee maker, fridge and microwave were handy for our stay. I would stay here again. Thank you!
