We enjoyed the stay thanks to the nice location, just a short walk to the beach and surrounded by plenty of restaurants and bars, including those along the waterfront. The apartment itself is comfortable, with a pleasant layout and enough space to move around. The kitchen has everything you need and the two air conditioners are relatively quiet.
The only real downside for us was the back side of the apartment. The balcony isn’t very inviting because of noisy outdoor air-conditioning units and cooking smells coming up from the restaurants below. The bathroom is also quite small, which might be inconvenient for some.

Apartment is fully equipped and exceed expectations, especially kitchen, and main bedroom . Easy/ great communication. Definitely recommended.

Very Clean & Modern
It’s right above the grease trap of the IHOP restaurant and during the day, the apartment would smell like grease. Unable to sit on the lanai due to smells from restaurant. The two pieces of equipment (yes, only two) were broken.
