About this apartment rental
Aloha to paradise, this studio is cozy, Charming, Comfortable and locate on a high floor with a panoramic ocean and diamond head view. We are located across the street from Fort Derussy Park and Hilton Hawaiian Village Resort. You are only a short walk to the beach, the Ala Moana Mall, restaurants and the famous strip of Waikiki (Kalakaua Blvd). The location of this studio is perfectly located - just close enough to the busy Waikiki nightlife and shopping, but far enough away that are not surrounded by people all day! After dinner, a short stroll on the beach and/or a 3 minutes walk to Hilton Hawaiian Village to watch the firework every Friday night.
This studio will perfectly accommodates 2 adults and 2 child.

Window air condition and a portable fan.
Free Wi-fi.
A queen size bed. New Novaform mattress as of 04/10/2024.
A full size memory foam futon.
A 50" flat screen smart TV.
Midsize fridge with freezer, microwave, coffee maker, mini oven, single burner hot plate, toaster, pots, pans, dishes and utensils.
Hair dryers, iron and ironing board.
This building is secure with security patrol and FOB key elevator entry.

Was a great host! The apartment was a little small for more than two people but other than that it was perfect and had everything you would need. It’s important to note however that parking is not included and is an additional charge but it is pretty nominal.

Amazing location super close to everything and had everything I needed plenty of towels for the beach and even some chairs

Check in was seemless.Kitchen was tiny, with no oven, but we made it work with the hot plate.Wifi was goodThis is a very tiny room. I would not suggest sleeping 4. You would need to step on the sofa bedto get to the bathroom...You can eat off the kitchen island from the bed.Beach items were very old and sparse(2 very old chairs and towels)Location was fantastic!! You are close to the beach, shopping and wonderful restaurants.THe FOB... a big pain.. I understand its for security.. but with only 1 available..Its impossibe to separate and still enable both to get back into the condo...as you need it to use the elevator..Overall it worked for us... the host is great!
