I had a wonderful stay! The location is excellent — very convenient for exploring Waikiki and the surrounding area. The room was cozy, clean, and very comfortable, with an absolutely stunning view from the window. I also really appreciated all the additional amenities in the building, especially the laundry facilities, ice machine, and swimming pool. A special thank you to the hosts for allowing me to check in early free of charge — after a long journey, this was incredibly helpful and meant a lot to me. Communication was truly outstanding: always warm, attentive, and exceptionally fast. Thank you so much for the wonderful hospitality. I would happily stay here again!

The hotel is close to the Convention Center, for a conference! Close to a small bakery, food trucks and to the beach! I appreciated that the pool is open until 11 PM.

Infestation of cockroaches!! Please replace the conditionner for a conditionner…Provide two sizes of pillows, the huge one is for decoration only…

The location was convenient and the view over the river was great.

Many signs of damage in bathroom and property, other than toilet paper, they did not provide tissue or paper towels for kitchen. I found small roaches twice ( once in bathroom, once in bedroom)
