About this apartment rental
Resort living in town with amazing view of Pikes Peak. Fully furnished, 3 bedroom with sparkling clean hot tub and private patio. Private full first floor living space/apartment. Located in the high end, Rockrimmon area, guests have a secluded, private entrance full basement apartment. Their own sparkling clean salt water spa, fire pit with city overlook, patio with dining for 6. Newly remodeled with new flooring, appliances and much more. Safe neighborhood with amazing views for a very reasonable price. Please note that we have a strict no smoking policy and we are not 420/mjm friendly. If you are looking for a college party experience, please look elsewhere. (thanks for understanding!) Also, please note that there are no shared spaces, but my wife and I live in the upper level. You likely will not see us after checkin. FYI: we are a legal and permitted property: Colorado Springs permit: STR-1156

The owners were friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed seeing the deers in the neighborhood and looked forward to seeing them every day as well as on the property. The property was charming and clean with a beautiful view of the town, especially at night with the city light. We also loved sitting in front of the fireplace and talking about our day.

Part 1 So let’s start with booking. I booked in the wrong city and the property owner was willing to work with me on a refund to book elsewhere which was very appreciated but we ended up staying here anyway. We made the 15 hour drive there and messaged to check in a little early, didn’t matter if the place was clean or not we just wanted out of the car and had already killed enough time. Owner let us get there I think an hour early. Totally fine. We pull up and the instructions we had matched this house that looked so cool. The door we were told to go in was already unlocked so we walked in… to find that it was the wrong house and there were people renting that house already and it kinda erked my group. Owner comes running out to grab us because the place we were staying was right next door. So we walked over to the right house and started getting settled when the owner comes and offers a tour and light conversation. I’m fine with conversation but at the time it just wasn’t what anyone wanted because again, long trip. The biggest issue we had was that we had people in the group who smoke cigarettes so I was trying to get with the owner who has stated a couple times that smoking marijuana wasn’t allowed at his house. Understood. I asked about cigarettes. The comments made about Texas people coming to Colorado to smoke weed) were rude and made multiple times. I never asked about weed, I never implied it.
