Bring the dogs. This west-side Colorado Springs home has a fully fenced backyard with a dog door, room for a group of 9 across three levels, and a quiet residential street where deer come through most mornings. It suits families, groups, and dog owners who want space and a calm place to land after a day at Garden of the Gods, which is a short drive away.
The main living level gathers everyone under skylights, with plenty of seating for movie nights and board games and a kitchen made for cooking: island seating, a dishwasher, multiple counters, and prep space. Four bedrooms spread across the three levels give a group separation, each with its own queen bed, and a flex room adds a twin daybed with a pull-out trundle for the kids. Two full bathrooms serve the home.
Outside is why dog owners rebook: a fully fenced yard with a dog door and bowls, charcoal and electric grills, and Adirondack chairs around a fire pit. Fires are welcome year round, weather permitting.
A few honest notes: stairs connect all three levels and the backyard is tiered with steps, so the home fits sure-footed groups rather than anyone who cannot do stairs. This is a drive-to-the-sights neighborhood, roughly 10 to 20 minutes from most attractions. Quiet hours run 11 PM to 7 AM.
