The location is ideal - just a walk down the stairs to the main town. The town lift is not far. The view from the condo is beautiful. It was a basic condo, but perfect for what we needed - cozy fireplace, comfortable beds, and a full kitchen. The condo could have provided some additional basics like coffee filters, tissues and kitchen towels, but that's the extent of our complaints! We loved it.

The place wasn't fancy. But it was perfectly comfortable and close to everything. It had everything we needed. Even had room air conditioners which were great since we stayed in Aug and it was very hot. Easy walk to shops, restaurants, etc.

The good parts: The property was clean when I arrived. There were plenty of towels, and the beds were comfortable. The biggest "plus" of this property is it really is a fantastic location, walking distance to the main strip of Park City.
The bad parts: This property does NOT have air conditioning as mentioned in the listing. When I arrived, it was close to 85 degrees inside. I couldn't figure out how to start the A/C using the Nest thermostat. I reached out to Vacasa and was given instructions on how to reset the thermostat. There is one portable A/C unit in one of the upstairs bedrooms that helped to cool down the room. There was a similar unit in the closet of the other bedroom but it didn't work when I plugged it in, so no A/C for that room. Just a box fan. Someone else from Vacasa reached out to me promising they would send someone to fix the A/C and offered me $50 for the inconvenience (which I have not received). Later, Vacasa finally admitted that the property does not have central A/C, despite A/C being listed on VRBO.
Despite having a kitchen, the trashcan provided downstairs is a tiny one-gallon can. A Vacasa rep promised to drop off a bigger trash can on the second day of my stay - never happened.
Lastly, I asked for a one hour late checkout via text and was ignored. I finally called them, and the request was denied. Apparently, having only 5 hours to clean for the next guest instead of 6 is an unreasonable idea.
Vacasa dropped the ball with this stay.
