The cameras record video and sound when activated by motion. They will record when they first sense motion and 30 seconds after the last motion is detected
- For stays greater than 30 nights, the owner requires brief monthly access to the home for maintenance; this will be coordinated with you as needed

The house was clean and pleasant and in a good location. Our only complaint was there were burs in the yard which were really sharp and sometimes got stuck in our pups paws, so we needed to go out with them. Otherwise they enjoyed laying on the patio in the sun. I think the burs are common in this area, just something to note if you have dogs.

We enjoyed our stay at this home. The neighborhood was very quiet. The first two nights of our visit were very cold for Tucson. When we began to have trouble with the heat, the owner immediately took care of the problem. He brought over space heaters and extra blankets for the beds.
