This lakefront home located at the 31MM in Sunrise Beach is perfect for spending time with the family/friends for a weekend getaway or a week long vacation.
Sleeps 8 comfortable (6 adults max).
Excellent Lake of the Ozarks location by both land and boat! Come relax and enjoy breathtaking views in our 3 bedrooms / 2.5-bathroom lakefront home.
Fully furnished and well maintained, you’ll enjoy an open upstairs/downstairs floor plan. Large two-level deck provide cove views and plenty of space for outdoor grilling and recreation.
Includes private dock in No Wake Cove.
With a place to tie up a boat on the side of dock.
Swim platform in deep water cove perfect or swimming and fishing.
Lower/Main Level
This very practical floor plan combines the family room and kitchen into a functional open space, perfect for food and fun. Fully furnished kitchen comes complete with refrigerator, microwave, built in ice maker, toaster, coffee pot, pots/pans, eating utensils, linens, etc., oak cabinetry, dining bar with seating for 2-3, also dining table with seating for 6-8.
Living area includes sectional with outside lake views through sliding glass doors leading onto the lower-level deck. The lower-level deck provides excellent views overlooking the lake and comes furnished with propane flat top grill, regular propane grill and patio chairs. Lower/Main Level also includes half bath.
Upper Level (Street Level) Features:
Master Bedroom: The large master suite features a king-size bed, TV and sliding door to upper deck with magnificent views of lake. Master bathroom includes shower and vanity.
Bedroom #2 includes King Bed, second sliding door to upper deck with magnificent views of lake.

The house was exactly as listed online! It was a fantastic stay! Our whole family enjoyed all of the water toys and the private dock! The house was beautiful, cozy and very clean. Communication with the homeowner was perfect- she was very responsive and the check in and check out process was a breeze. Thank you!!

We just got home after spending an amazing five days at the Lake House in Sunrise Beach! Between four adults and one child, we had ample room to make ourselves at home. The property was exactly as pictured. Very clean. A very thoughtfully-stocked kitchen. And the lake access cannot be beat. My son is already planning our lake trip for next summer! Highly recommend this listing.

Wonderful Family vacation at the lake. This house is perfect in every way. The house is clean and well kept, and set up very conveniently. The dock is amazing with plenty of comfortable seating, paddle boat, kayaks, lily pad, waterslide, and plenty of space to swim and float in a no wake cove. If I could give more than 5 stars I would in every category. We can't wait to return next summer. Thank you for sharing your lake home with my family.
